The gluten-free, ketogenic Low Carb Keto Pizza Casserole contains all of your favorite pizza flavors without the added carbohydrates.

All of my pizza yearning issues have been resolved by this Low Carb Pizza Casserole! This delectable pizza casserole omits the typical pasta in favor of cauliflower and is packed with all the tastes of pizza, including sauce, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and peppers.

Similar to our Keto Chicken Alfredo Casserole, Keto Big Mac Casserole, Keto Taco Casserole, and Keto Buffalo Chicken Casserole, it is a gluten-free, keto supper casserole. The entire family will like them even if they aren’t cutting carbs because they are all easy to make and delicious.

KETO PIZZA CASSEROLE: WHAT CONTAINS IT?

Cauliflower

Italian ground sausage with pepperoni is what you should use. Just take the meat out of the casings before cooking if you must get Italian sausage in links.

Rao’s Homemade Marinara Sauce is one of our favorite low-carb pasta sauces. It only contains 4 grammes of net carbohydrates per 1/2 cup and contains no added sugar. Use any sauce you choose, please. Just keep in mind that it can alter the finished meal’s carbohydrate content.
Camembert cheese

Check the nutritional facts on the ingredients, especially the spaghetti sauce and the Italian sausage, as you would with any low-carb meal.

Italian Spice

We used Rao’s Homemade Marinara, which has 4 net carbohydrates per 1/2 cup, as I already said.
You are welcome to add any of your preferred pizza toppings to this baked pizza casserole (as long as they are low carb!).

A LOW CARB PIZZA CASSEROLE RECIPE

  1. Cauliflower is steam-cooked. I steam my in the microwave because I like quick and simple processes. Put the chopped cauliflower and 1 cup of water in a microwave-safe bowl. When the cauliflower is ready, microwave it on high for about 3 minutes, covered with a damp paper towel.
  2. Don’t cook it too long! Cauliflower should be slightly tender but not mushy so that it won’t need to cook for as long in the oven.
  3. Using a paper towel, dry the cauliflower after draining it. Set apart.
  4. For about FIFTEEN minutes, heat Italian sausage(big skillet) over medium-high heat. Drain the surplus fat after the sausage has finished cooking. Set apart.
  5. In the same skillet with the olive oil, cook the mushroom slices for 10 minutes(Removal of some of the surplus water). Put(once finished) aside.
  6. To the bottom of casserole dish(13 x 9 inch) after coating it with cooking spray(nonstick), put 1/2 cup of pasta sauce.
  7. In a large bowl, combine the cooked Italian sausage, green peppers, mushrooms, and cauliflower.
  8. Tossing will combine everything.
  9. The mixture should be divided in half and placed in the casserole dish. On top, spread 6 ounces of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce, and half of the pepperonis. Place the pepperonis between the other toppings, sort of pressing it down.
  10. Spread the remaining toppings mixture over the cheese next, then add the remaining 12 cup of pasta sauce, 6 ounces of mozzarella cheese, and pepperonis (reserving 10 slices for the top of the dish).
  11. Combine the Parmesan cheese and Italian spice in a small bowl.
  12. After topping the casserole with the Parmesan mixture and 10 pieces of pepperoni, serve.
  13. Put in the oven and cook for 30 minutes at 400 degrees F, or until the cheese is completely melted and the casserole is heated through.
