How to Make Taco Pizza in a Slow Cooker

This recipe is one of those “Why didn’t I think of this earlier?!” recipes. It has a crust like our Crock Pot Breakfast Pizza, but the filling is all taco! You can add in your favorite taco toppings to your individual pieces! So delicious and versatile!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef browned and drained
- 2 oz taco seasoning (2 – 1 oz packets)
- 1.5 cups water
- 2 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 7.5 oz refrigerated crescent rolls
- favorite taco toppings optional
Instructions
Unroll your crescent rolls in the bottom of alightly greased casserole crock potor6-quart crock pot, pinching together all of the seams.
Mix together your taco seasoning and water in a medium to large bowl
Add in your browned ground beef to your seasoning mixture and stir until all your beef is well coated in the seasoning mixture
Pour your ground beef mixture on top of your crust
Sprinkle your cheese evenly on top of everything
Place two paper towels on top of your insert, put your lid on top of your paper towels and pull the paper towels tight so they don't droop in the middle
Cook on high for 2 hours, turning your insert half way through if your slow cooker doesn't cook evenly
Serve topped with your favorite taco toppings
